Pricing & payments
How do you calculate your pricing?
Our price is calculated as follows:
1. A one-time membership (administration) fee applies per booking for stays longer than 6 weeks. Card payments include a 1.5% transaction processing fee.
2. For stays of up to 6 weeks, no deposit is required. The rental price is rent, bills, and a premium charge.
3. For stays longer than 6 weeks, a deposit is required at booking (returned at the end of your stay). Monthly rent is based on the calendar month (1–31), due on arrival and then on the 1st of each month.
4. For stays longer than 6 weeks with mid-month dates, a full monthly rent is charged. If you stay fewer than 10 days in a given month, half rent is charged.
5. A €50 checkout cleaning fee applies when you leave and is deducted from your deposit.
When and how do I get my deposit back?
You will be refunded within 20 working days after your contract ends. If you paid rent by card, we can refund to the same card. Otherwise, you’ll need to provide your bank account details (IBAN); transfer fees (€5 or more) will be deducted.
For last rent, do I pay in full if I don't stay a full month?
Yes. Monthly rent is based on the calendar month. See “How do you calculate your pricing?” for details.
Can two people stay in 1 room or 1 bedroom apartment?
Approval is required and depends on the room or apartment. There is an extra €100 charge on the monthly rent.
