How it works

From sign-up to move-in, in a few steps.

Everything you need to know about booking, living, and getting the most out of MYCOlive.

    Create your account.

    Register on the MYCOlive platform or app. It takes just a few minutes.

  2. 02

    Pick your space.

    Browse available apartments and rooms. Select the one that fits your dates and budget.

  3. 03

    Choose your dates & review your contract.

    Set your check-in and check-out dates. Review and accept your rental contract terms before paying.

  4. 04

    Pay & confirm.

    For stays longer than eight weeks, a deposit may apply. Membership fees and rent are processed securely through the platform. Card payments include a small processing fee (typically around 3%). Once payment clears, your booking is confirmed.

  5. 05

    Move in.

    Check-in is from 3 pm. You’ll receive access details and key codes in the app chat. Rent due dates follow your contract — everything stays visible in your account.
